WHEAT AND RYE BREAD FLOUR MIX
This special Nacional flour is a mixture of wheat and rye, especially designed for baking very traditional bread. Given its versatility, you can also make different kinds of bread, adding your favourite sweet or savoury ingredients. Made by hand or in a machine, this bread is excellent with cold meats.

WHEAT flour (gluten) (68%), RYE flour (14%), dry yeast, dextrose, salt, WHEAT and BARLEY malt extract, RYE yeast dough (ground RYE and dry yeast), anticaking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: mono and diacetyltartaric esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid) and enzymes. May contain traces of MILK and SESAME SEEDS.
