Spelt, also known as wild wheat, is an ancient grain that is very complete and has a rich nutritional profile.
Its slow-release carbohydrates help to make you feel full for longer and it is a source of B-complex vitamins.
With high fibre content, wholegrain spelt flour has a slightly sweet flavour, similar to walnut. Perfect for simple recipes, with the assurance of lots of flavour.
