As a result of our total commitment to the sustainability of our products and our focus on the national sector, we have created a range of durum wheat pasta that’s 100% Alentejan and packaged in certified recycled paper.

Thanks to the specific nature of the moderately dry climate on the Alentejan plains, the high temperatures and the intense sun exposure, this is a region that is perfect for producing semolina.
